  4. Note: This is an update to MSYS 1.16 which you must already have. This is a
  5. self-expanding archive. You should be in an empty directory with about half
  6. a meg of free disk space. This file contains these files:

  8. whatsnew.117    changes since 1.16  BE SURE TO READ THIS!!!
  9. msysb.exe       the executable for the BBS only version of MSYS
  10. mutil.exe       the support utility programs 
  11. scandef.exe     pactor scan utility omitted from 1.16 distribution
  12. msysmsgs.dat    new messages file (you must use this new one)
  13. *.hlp           several updated help files
  14. bbslist.dat     updated bbs list
  15.  
  16. The full version of MSYS, in place of this bbs only version, along with all
  17. the other files listed above, is found in MSYS117.EXE, available separately.
